Details about Kirtan Kriya Meditation:
Kirtan Kriya is esteemed as a gem of Kundalini Yoga, so much so that if all teachings were lost and only it remained, it would serve as a beacon to maintain sanity and navigate through challenging times.
This meditation promotes mental balance and awakens the mind to the soul's infinite potential for sacrifice, service, and creation. It is said that dedicating 2.5 hours daily for a year to this sound current meditation leads to profound insights.
Research indicates that just 12 minutes of daily Kirtan Kriya can enhance cognition, memory function, and potentially mitigate the risk of Alzheimer's disease.
