  • What is Kundalini Yoga and how does it benefit me?
Kundalini Yoga is a powerful and transformative practice that combines physical postures, breathwork, meditation, and mantra chanting. It aims to awaken the dormant energy at the base of the spine, known as Kundalini, and raise it up through the chakras to the crown of the head. This process can bring about profound changes in your body, mind, and spirit, such as increased vitality, clarity, creativity, and inner peace. Kundalini Yoga also balances the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system, and enables you to harness the energy of the mind and emotions, so you can be in control of yourself, rather than being controlled by your thoughts and feelings. Whether you are seeking physical health, mental clarity, emotional stability, or spiritual growth, Kundalini Yoga can make your life shine.
